Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of ExportAlpha's video processing services. Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited Content

2.1 Adult and Sexual Content

  • Pornographic content
  • Sexually explicit material
  • Nudity intended for sexual gratification
  • Content depicting sexual acts

2.2 Content Involving Minors

  • Any sexually suggestive content involving minors
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Exploitative imagery of children

2.3 Non-Consensual Content

  • Deepfakes or manipulated media of real people without consent
  • Intimate images shared without the subject's permission
  • Content created to impersonate or deceive

2.4 Violence and Harm

  • Graphic violence or gore
  • Content promoting self-harm or suicide
  • Terrorist propaganda or recruitment material

2.5 Illegal Activities

  • Content depicting or promoting illegal activities
  • Fraud, scams, or financial crimes
  • Sale or distribution of illegal substances
  • Pirated or unauthorized copyrighted content

2.6 Hate Speech and Harassment

  • Content promoting hatred against groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse
  • Doxxing or sharing private information without consent

3. Prohibited Activities

3.1 System Abuse

  • Attempting to bypass service limitations or restrictions
  • Reverse engineering or circumventing security measures
  • Automated scraping or bulk processing without authorization
  • Denial-of-service attacks or resource exhaustion

3.2 Payment Fraud

  • Using stolen payment methods
  • Abusing refund systems
  • Credit card chargebacks after receiving services

3.3 Account Sharing

  • Sharing account credentials with others
  • Reselling or sublicensing service access
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse trial or promotional offers

4. Content Screening

We implement automated and manual content moderation. Flagged content may be:

  • Blocked from processing
  • Deleted without producing output
  • Reported to authorities if legally required

Safety checks may occur during upload, processing, or before result delivery.

5. Rights and Ownership

You must have the legal right to process any video you upload. This includes:

  • Owning the copyright or having licensed rights
  • Obtaining model releases for identifiable people
  • Securing location releases for private property
  • Respecting trademark and brand guidelines

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Warning: First-time minor violations
  • Temporary suspension: Repeated or moderate violations
  • Account termination: Severe or illegal violations
  • Law enforcement referral: Criminal content (CSAM, terrorism, etc.)

Terminated accounts forfeit all unused plan credits. We are not obligated to provide refunds for policy violations.

7. Reporting Violations

8. Legal Compliance

We cooperate with law enforcement and comply with valid legal requests for user information. We report CSAM and other illegal content as required by law.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Service Providers

Your content is processed using:

  • Cloudflare Workers, D1, R2, Queues: Infrastructure and storage
  • fal.ai (Bria VRMBG 3.0): Video background removal inference

You agree to comply with these providers' acceptable use policies as well.
