When you sign in with Google OAuth, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.

2.2 Video Files

We temporarily store your uploaded videos and processed results for 7 days. After 7 days, all video files are permanently deleted. We retain job metadata (upload date, processing status, credit usage) for account management and abuse prevention.

2.3 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe collects billing details, payment card information, and transaction records according to their privacy policy.

2.4 Usage Data

We collect information about how you use our service, including upload timestamps, processing duration, export formats selected, and credit usage.

2.5 Analytics

We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Plausible to understand site usage, diagnose issues, and improve the product. These tools may collect device and browser information, pages viewed, approximate location, and interaction data. We do not use them to serve advertising.

  • Plausible: For privacy-friendly website analytics

5. Data Retention

  • Video files: Deleted after 7 days
  • Processed results: Deleted after 7 days
  • Account information: Retained while your account is active
  • Job metadata: Retained for account management and abuse prevention

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
