What 10 seconds costs in credits
A 10-second transparent WebM uses 10 credits, because 1 credit equals 1 video second after rounding to the nearest whole second. ProRes 4444 MOV export is limited to 8 seconds, so a 10-second clip cannot be exported as ProRes. Use WebM for that clip.

What does one credit buy?
1 credit = 1 video second, rounded to the nearest whole second, or 1 still image, with a minimum of 1 credit. Plans and packs share one credit pool for transparent video and still-image background removal. There is no separate image pricing.
How many seconds does the $6.99 pack cover?
The Quick pack is 60 credits for $6.99. At 1 credit per video second, that is up to 60 seconds of video, or 60 still images.
Do pack credits expire?
No. One-time pack credits never expire. Subscription plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Pack credits are used after plan credits are exhausted.
Are failed jobs refunded?
Failed jobs that produce no successful output have their credits refunded. Successful exports are not refundable. Subscription fees are not refundable.
Is there a free trial?
Most new accounts receive 5 free credits on first sign-in. No card is required. Fair-use limits apply. These promotional credits can be withheld when several new accounts from the same network or the same Google display name request a trial in a short period. Sign-in, uploads, and paid credits are not blocked.
What is the monthly price, and what is the annual price?
Monthly prices are $19 (Creator), $39 (Pro), and $79 (Studio). Annual prices are $190, $390, and $790, billed once a year. The pricing page can show an annual plan as a per-month equivalent. That equivalent is not the amount charged each month. Annual subscriptions still grant credits monthly. They do not grant 12 months of credits upfront.
